Rosebud Vacations (RV) is your Northwestern Wisconsin full service vacation rental management company. RV offers a variety of services for property owners from AirBnb consulting to full-service management and rental marketing.
Established in 2020 after the owner, Laura Baker, was disillusioned by the big name vacation management companies for her own vacation rental. Laura set out to create a company that could fully service owners, filling all the gaps the big name companies leave and allowing owners more control over their own property.
Laura has a background as a Minnesota and Wisconsin licensed real estate salesperson since 2014. She spent the first years of her real estate career working for a well-known recreation land and cabin brokerage where she helped serve numerous Buyers and Sellers of lake homes/cabins and recreational land. Laura grew a passion for lake homes in Northwestern Wisconsin, and purchased and rehabbed a cabin on Pike Lake in Polk County, WI.
In Laura’s free time you will find her enjoying time with her husband and three children–goofing off, playing board games, swimming and making funny voices while reading books to the kids. The family also enjoys trips to “check-up” on their vacation rental in Charlotte County, FL.
