Check-Out Instructions

Please follow these check-out instructions.

Please note that it is imperative that the property be left as instructive. This helps our cleaners prepare the home for the next guests. If they find the home has not been left as instructed there may be an extra charge of $30/hr.

Dirty Linens

Please remove all used sheets, pillow cases and towels place on the laundry room floor. Please start a load of white towels before you leave.

Dishes

Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher and start the load. Only the “pots and pans” setting currently works.

Furniture

Please replace all furniture back to its location when you arrived.

Garbage

Please empty all trash cans and place bags in the garbage bin outside the garage.

Doors and Windows

Please ensure all doors and windows are both closed and locked.

TV Apps

Make sure to logout of all TV apps. Some apps require you to login on a PC to logout of devices.

Damaged Items

We know accidents happen. Please let us know if any items have been damaged during your stay.

Check-Out is at 10:00am

Cleaners charge by the hour starting at 10am. If you remain on the property after 10am you will be fined $30/hour for each wasted minute of the cleaners time.
