Please follow these check-out instructions.
Please note that it is imperative that the property be left as instructive. This helps our cleaners prepare the home for the next guests. If they find the home has not been left as instructed there may be an extra charges.
Dirty Linens
Please remove all used sheets and pillow cases and place on top of the bed. All used towels may be placed on the floor of the bathroom.
Dishes
Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher and start the load.
Furniture
Please replace all furniture back to its location when you arrived.
Garbage
Please empty all trash cans and place bags in the garbage bin outside the garage.
Doors and Windows
Please ensure all doors and windows are both closed and locked.
TV Apps
Make sure to logout of all TV apps. Some apps require you to login on a PC to logout of devices.
Damaged Items
We know accidents happen. Please let us know if any items have been damaged during your stay as this gives us the opportunity to be lenient.
Check-Out is at 10:00am
Please do not check out late. Late check-out is an initial fine of $100 and $40/hr for the first 3 hours of delayed check-out. If check-out occurs beyond 3 hours an additional fine of $350 will be given plus the possibility of relocation cost for the next guests to be charged to you.
